How do I book a room on the website of the hotel ?

How can I be sure that my reservation has been taken into account ?
As soon as your booking has been made, you automatically receive a booking confirmation on the-mail address that you supplied when making your reservation.
Do I have to give my credit card number to make my reservation on the Internet ?
We cannot save and secure your reservation without the entering of your banking bank details. But rest assured that all (banking) confidential information is encrypted in SSL format.
I wish to change or cancel my reservation made online.
Click “cancel my reservation” on the homepage of the site and enter your booking number (number that you will find on the confirmation email that was sent to you on your mail box). Prior to any cancellation or amendment, be sure to check your booking conditions in order to know any fees that could be charged.

How far away is the Champs Elysees Plaza hotel from the avenue of the Champs Elysees?
The hotel is located rue de Berri (the street is perpendicular to the avenue of the Champs Elysees) which is 3 minutes’ walk from the middle of the Champs-Elysées avenue, at the level of the Louis Vuitton store.
Is Wi-Fi free at the hotel Champs Elysées Plaza ?
Yes the Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the hotel.
How much is breakfast and at what time can I take it ?
Breakfast is a buffet breakfast at 32€ per person per day which is served in our restaurant. You may also have a continental breakfast served in your room. Breakfast is free for children under 12 years old. However if you have booked one of our “special offers”, breakfast can be included. Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:30 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends and public holidays.
I do not speak French; will I be able to make myself understood ?
Our staff welcomes you 24/24, is fully multilingual and covers a total of about 15 different languages including common languages such as: English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Arabic.
What is the time of arrival and time of departure ?
The rooms are available as from 3 pm, but it is possible that some rooms may be ready before. Should this not be the case, we will of course keep your luggage for you.
However if you wish to have your room available upon arrival, we invite you to book the night before.
The room must be released before noon. However you can leave your luggage at the reception if you leave later in the day. If necessary you can gratuitously use the bathroom of the Spa if you want to shower and/or get changed.
Is the Hotel smoking or non-smoking ?
The hotel is completely nonsmoking.
I arrive late, could I have dinner ?
The Keller restaurant is open until 10 pm every day of the week. Beyond this time, our Room service will be pleased to serve its selection of dishes.
I would like to have a treatment in your Spa by Sothys, should I book it in advance ?
Access to the Spa (sauna/Hammam/fitness room) is free and on open access for the guests of the hotel. However, certain dates being booked up we invite you to anticipate your reservations of treatments in our Spa by Sothys with our Concierge at firstname.lastname@example.org
I come by car, where can I Park ?
The valet Porter will gladly take care of your vehicle when you arrive and Park your car in our private car park which is located nearby at a daily rate of 30€.
What are the nearest public transports ?
The metro : The hotel is reachable within 5 minutes’ walk from 2 metro stations: the station Georges V (line N ° 1) which is located on the Champs Elysees Avenue and the station Saint Philippe du Roule (line N ° 9).
The RER : The hotel is reachable within 15 minutes’ walk from the RER station Charles de Gaulle Etoile (RER A)
The Bike : A Vélib station (bike rental) and autolib (electric car rental) are at your disposal in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
I come by airplane, how and how long does it take to reach the hotel ?
The hotel is 40 minutes away by car from the international airport Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly airport.
